First, let me say THANK YOU for your faithful and generous giving to the ministry to help further our Mission to Love, Live, and Share Christ. Through your regular online giving, you have helped to simplify the accounting process and strengthen our base of regularly scheduled support.
As we continue to seek ways to steward the finances the Lord provides through your faithful generous giving, we have decided to change the giving platform we use to receive your regularly scheduled tithe and offerings. This change will reduce processing fees, align Olive Branch for Text-to-Give, and helps us prepare for our coming Mobile App (spoiler: our Olive Branch church app will be launching soon).
Thank you for your faithfulness in giving and in living out the mission of changing everyday people into a community of passionate Christ-followers for God’s glory. It’s because of your support that Olive Branch is able to serve others both locally and globally. You may give during the Sunday services, by mail or online.
The way we use our finances says a lot about what’s important to us. It says a lot about our priorities and commitments. It is also an area where God’s truth can shine forth and unlock a whole different way of thinking about and using our money. To learn more about what the Bible says about Money & Tithing click here.
Olive Branch provides online giving for those who appreciate the convenience of online banking and who want to ensure that they are giving regularly. You can give online to support the work of the church with a credit/debit card or by electronic check. And you don’t need to worry about your banking information getting into the wrong hands; online giving at Olive Branch is safe and secure.
You may make a one-time gift or set up a recurring gift. If you have more questions, contact Janelle De Grote at the church office at 951-279-4477.
If you prefer to mail your gift, you may use the following address to do so:

Benefits of Online Giving
IT HELPS KEEP FIRST THINGS FIRST
The Bible says giving is to be a “first” and not a last or leftover matter in our lives. Read Proverbs 3:9-10. It is easy to let our intentions be compromised by the pressure of expenses and billing cycles.
Have you ever forgotten your gift, left it at home or pledged to double it in the future? Have you had times where you have fallen behind because of travel or other schedule interruptions? Online giving provides a way to stay up to date with your budget.
Through online giving you expedite your gift, simplify our accounting, and strengthen our base of regular support.
Please note: Olive Branch strongly discourages online giving that leads to personal indebtedness. For that reason, we recommend that you use your debit card or banking account for giving purposes rather than a credit card.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: To ensure the deductibility of your church contributions, do not file your income tax return until you have received a written acknowledgment of your contributions from OBCC. IRS regulations require contribution totals in excess of $250 must be substantiated by written acknowledgement from the church.
For contributions by credit cards, in addition to receiving the OBCC statement, you must keep the credit card statement that shows the name of the charitable organization (OBCC), the amount of the contribution and the date of the contribution.
